Because many of our products are personalized specifically for you, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores. Our goal is simple: if we made a mistake, we'll make it right.
Custom Orders
Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is an error or damage.
Standard Products
Unused, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
We Made a Mistake
If we engraved the wrong design, misspelled personalization, or shipped the wrong item, we'll remake it at no cost.
Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of both the packaging and the item.
Return Policy
Eligible returns must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom engraved and personalized items cannot be returned because they are made specifically for each customer.
If we make an error during production, we'll replace the item as quickly as possible.
